T’s & C’s – Payfast Gateway Payment System

1. Introduction

2. Payment Services 

Imbabali Retreat & Venue offers Payfast as a secure online payment gateway for services / purchases. All transactions are encrypted and processed in accordance with Payfast’s security protocols.

3. Customer Obligations

1. You must ensure that all information provided for the transaction is accurate and complete.
2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your payment details.
3. You agree to notify Imbabali Retreat & Venue immediately of any unauthorized use of your payment information.

4. Imbabali Retreat & Venue Obligations

1. Imbabali Retreat & Venue will provide clear information regarding the total cost of your purchase/s.
2. Imbabali Retreat & Venue will ensure that all transactions are processed promptly and accurately.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

1. Imbabali Retreat & Venue’s refund and cancellation policies will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
2. Any refunds due will be processed through the Payfast gateway in accordance with Imbabali Retreat & Venue’s policies.

6. Liability

1. Imbabali Retreat & Venue is not responsible for any issues arising from the use of the Payfast gateway that are outside of its control.
2. Imbabali Retreat & Venue’s liability in connection with the use of Payfast is limited to the extent permitted by law.

7. Changes to Terms

1. Imbabali Retreat & Venue reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
2. Customers will be notified of any significant changes to the terms.

8. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this location.
